Frequently Asked Questions
Our sizes are shown in EU/Turkish sizing with the Canada/US equivalent in brackets, for example 38 (US 6). The full conversion chart, including UK sizes, is available in the Size Guide on every product page.
Use the Size Guide on the product page to find your equivalent size. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size, especially for fitted evening and bridal styles. If you are unsure, send us a message and we will be happy to help.
Each colour option on the product page shows photos of that colour. Please keep in mind that colours can look slightly different depending on your screen settings.
It means that colour or size is currently unavailable. Some styles are restocked, so feel free to contact us to ask about availability.
